Your personal information is collected by Council for the purposes of facilitating engagement, addressing enquiries and maintaining a record of correspondence.

Your information will not be given to any other person or agency unless you have given us permission or we are required by law.

Council's online engagement platforms are managed by the Marketing branch. Comments posted on this site will be used within the feedback review process.

Spam (including unrelated Council issues and/or multiple posts) will be removed.

You can join the City of Logan’s online community reference group “Have your say” at http://logan.qld.gov.au/haveyoursay and click on register/login to complete the registration form.

Terms & conditions for City of Logan "Have your say" members:

  • I am over 18 years of age, or I am under 18 years of age and have my parents or guardian's permission to join.
  • The personal information I provide will be used by Logan City Council or its consultants, contractors and agents including but not limited to Objective and Campaign Monitor, for the purpose of keeping "Have your say" members informed by sending me mail, e-newsletters, emails, SMS alerts or any other communication method deemed relevant by Logan City Council.
  • I understand that my details will be stored in a database hosted by Objective and Campaign Monitor on behalf of Council. OR I understand that my details will be stored in a database managed by Council.
  • My personal information will not be disclosed to any other third party without my consent, unless Logan City Council is required to do so by law
  • I consent to the production by an electronic form of communication my feedback and contribution to "Have Your Say" and being contacted by electronic or other communications.
  • I understand by joining Logan's "Have your say" I will be asked to complete surveys, feedback forms and provide feedback, suggestions on several of Council's projects.
  • I understand that I will also be asked to join focus groups, workshops.
  • I understand that I may choose to accept or reject these invitations.
  • I understand that I can unsubscribe to the "Have your say" group at any time, and I will no longer receive correspondence that relates to the "Have your say" group.
  • I agree that if I am selected as a winner of “Have your say” prize competitions my name and division will be published on Council's website and/or other publications Council sees fit.
  • When you read and interact with emails, your email address and links you click will be aggregated for statistical analysis.
